About Chiropractic

Chiropractic is a regulated healthcare profession known for using a variety of hands-on techniques to help with pain and dysfunction associated with joints, muscles and nerves. We are well known for joint manipulation, but use a wide variety of other techniques to create a well rounded treatment. Each chiropractor will vary in their approach and the profession has rightly evolved over time, so there is no one method of treatment. The most important thing is that you find a practitioner who you trust and who works well for you.

what if chiropractic isn’t right for me?

As first contact practitioners, chiropractors are trained to a high level. We are able to assess, diagnose and manage a broad range of conditions associated with joints, muscles and nerves. Additionally, we are able to assess and recognise when further investigation or alternative management is appropriate. If you are unsure, please do not hesitate to contact me. If I feel that you need alternative care, multidisciplinary care or further investigations, I will be able to advise and help you to navigate this.
