hI, I’M Lottie Whitmarsh

A Chiropractor and Yoga Teacher with a lifelong passion for health, movement, and the human body.

After four years of study, I graduated with a First Class Honours Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) degree from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic. Since then, I’ve continued to learn and grow every day - through working with a wide variety of patients and ongoing professional development.

This includes completing additional training in sports massage, dry needling, sports injury management, SOT technique, pregnancy care and many other manual techniques - all of which complement my chiropractic treatment and allow me to provide more rounded, individualised care.

I have experience treating a broad range of musculoskeletal and neuropathic conditions, including sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, nerve pain, and many other movement-related issues. I also pride myself in a holistic approach which includes education and advice around diet and supplementation, lifestyle and environment optimisation. I am acutely aware of how our modern day lifestyles affect our pain and wellbeing and I believe that we all have the potential to be the sculptors of our own health.

Alongside my work, my personal experience with sport, exercise, and my own health journey have given me a profound understanding of the importance of strength, mobility, mindfulness, diet and a healthy lifestyle as the foundations of overall wellbeing.

In 2024, this passion also lead me, after many years of personal practice and interest, to complete my yoga teacher training in London under the renowned Adam Husler and Michael James-Wong. My yoga teaching focuses on functional movement, body awareness, and calm — helping you build resilience, ease tension, and move with greater confidence.

Outside of clinic life, I enjoy staying active by going to the gym, walking, practicing yoga and much more. You will also find me cooking (and eating) good food, reading or doing something creative. I am at my happiest when I’m hanging out with my doggies!

Let’s work together.
